"Yoga and Health"

             ‘Yoga’ this term has its origin in a Sanskrit word- ‘Yoke’ which eventually defines yoga as a process of connecting yourself to God, the spiritual Self. Maharishi Patanjali is renowned and known as the father of Yoga. We also have a company running on his name. Yoga has its roots in India and it never fails to fascinate people far off this land. Tourists, travellers who visit India are intrigued by the idea of Yoga. The benefits and the idea of yoga are enchanting and attractive. Everyone aspires to be fit, happy and at peace, and the entire human race wants it.
Yoga is the journey of discovering the self. It is an ancient and beautiful practice of India that is linked to all aspects, namely, physical, spiritual, and mental. It calms and relaxes your body and soul. It helps you to stay fit and healthy.
                If one inculcates yoga in his/her routine, he or she is likely to attain benefits from the practice. Yoga is a liberating measure, it liberates one from diseases, illness and mental sickness as well. 
                              Yoga if practised regularly, it’s a healthy and uplifting habit. 
Various asanas, postures, and exercises are a part of it. It doesn’t matter if you’re doing it in your room or a park, you can do it anywhere based on your convenience.
                There are multiple benefits of Yoga. They’re countless, starting from the fitness benefits, yoga also enhances one’s mental health, keeps one active, rejuvenated, and happier. 

Earlier people belong to Hinduism and Buddhism were used for yoga and meditation.
There are a total of four types of yoga :Jnana Yoga,Bhakti Yoga
Karma Yoga,Kriya Yoga Rather than these three types, there are other two types of yoga is Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga.Generally, Hatha yoga having many numbers of asanas practiced by Indians.

A world-level event suggested and implemented by P.M. Narendra Modi is celebrated every year called International Yoga Day(21 june).
A lot of fitness experts, dietitians, doctors suggest doing yoga regularly. It is going to make one free of diseases, mental sickness, laziness, obesity, hormonal imbalances, etc. The main objective of yoga is controlling one’s bodily and psychic activities. It mainly looks after controlling one’s breathing, it’s about modulating inhaling and exhaling. Having control over your breathing will eventually lead to having control over the other activities that your body and mind is generally engaged in.
         One needs to get himself/herself trained in yoga. There’s an essential need to take proper guidance and learn the skill. There are plenty of schools dealing with tutoring yoga, one can get enrolled there or even learn it online. There are basic yoga positions like Surya Namaskar, kapalbhati, etc, that one can learn easily. One could follow a schedule and uplift his/her quality of life, through the practice of yoga.

Yoga is practiced by bringing spiritual progress in the body and mind for self-development by controlling the inner energy of your body. The inhaling and exhaling of oxygen during yoga is the main thing.

Practicing yoga daily in life regularly prevents us from various diseases as well as fatal and worst conditions, including cancer, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, kidney and liver disorders, heart ailment, and a variety of mental problems.
Nowadays, it is essential to practice yoga for people to live a healthy and better life.
Daily yoga practice provides both inner and outer body strength.It acts as an alternative medicine if practice continuously. 
It also reduces the side effects of many heavy medicines taken by us daily.
A perfect time for practicing yoga is early in the morning as it provides a better environment to get control over body and mind.
From the last few years, it became a popular form of exercise all over the world, but our Indian community had almost forgotten it.

Still, then a Swami named Baba Ramdev Introduce it again in India & many other countries. It also helps a person to get higher consciousness by gaining control over the Physical (Body) and Mental (Brain) movement.

It can cure many fatal & worst diseases, including Cancer, Diabetes, High or Low Blood Pressure, Heart Alignment, Kidney and Liver Disorders, and a variety of mental and physical problems.

It is slowly taking the place of medicines consumed by people daily, which has a profound effect on the number of unhealthy people, which is gradually decreasing day by day.

Because of introducing yoga as similar to other activities, most of the school and organization have a separate class of Yoga and some other physical activities.

Yoga helps to sharpen the mind and improves intelligence and helps in a high level of concentration by steading the feeling & emotions, which is most disturbing in the human brain.Then i finally agreed with this my favourite quote is.....
        "Yoga gives us a safe space and time to journey to simplicity of breath and movement and connecting with ourselves".
